Terms of service

These terms are a starting template and must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

1. Accounts. Anyone aged 18+ may create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

1. Your content. You keep ownership of problems, messages and files you submit. You grant GeniusCircle the licence needed to host and process them to provide the service, including AI processing configured by you or your organization.

1. Circles. Circle content is visible to accepted members only. Do not share confidential information you are not allowed to share.

1. Experts. Experts give their own professional views. GeniusCircle does not guarantee any outcome.

1. Payments. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

1. Acceptable use. No spam, harassment, illegal content or attempts to game reputation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

1. Liability. The service is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law.
