Privacy policy

This policy is a starting template and must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

What we collect: account details (name, email), profile information you add, problems and circle content, usage and security logs (IP address, device), and payment records (card details are handled by Stripe).

Why: to run the service, match problems to experts, secure accounts, prevent abuse and bill paid plans.

AI processing: problem text and circle discussions may be processed by an AI provider to produce briefs, summaries and outcome drafts. Circle owners can turn the AI assistant off and set retention. Organizations can set AI data-retention limits.

Sharing: only with members of circles you join, service providers under contract (hosting, email, payments, AI), or when required by law.

Your rights: access, correct, export or delete your data from Settings, or by contacting support.

Retention: we keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it after closure, except records we must keep by law (e.g. invoices).
